Having a great corporate identity will always come with a great corporate design. It is reflecting to the characterised and the branding.  The more firm of design criteria on the corporate organisation, the highest communication would create due the best visual presentation.

Benefits of Corporate Design

There are a lot benefits of corporate design. It helps building personality to express the brand of the company. The value will observe through the communication from the visualizations. It will create differences, uniqueness, touch points of the brands to other opponents or other competitors.

The design elements on the brand such as name, colours, logo, shapes and fonts will place recognisable to the audience and leaving them to experience and will build long-term customer loyalty.

Corporate Design Process

There are 5 phases of the complete design process which is:

1. Briefing


It is the foundation of the process. The key for the successful of the project. This process where the data will be informed, background, problems, the aims, project goals, specifications and timing.

2. Analysis

Every single corporate design project will start with an analysis phase with extensive observation to pull out all the specific data based on most important open questions. For example, what is the target market? Who is the target user? What is the nature of the business? How the brand going to stand in the competition and how the brand to influence the market?

To clarify all these, it is definitely necessary to gain derive recommendations or advise and important insights to proceed to the next phase of design development.

3. Strategy

Corporate design should be always in strategic frame. It is important before the process of the design begins. The aim must be clearly positioned. All parties involved should work together for process development to make sure the vision and mission would be achieved.

4. Creation


In this phase, all elements required should be connected to create an integrated brand experience. For this purpose, all contact points should be combined to get corresponding needs. The typical design elements in corporate design are:

1. Brand name
2. Logo
3. Claim
4. Typography
5. Colour system
6. Icons
7. Visual language
8. Illustration
7. Animation
8. Photography
9. Tonality

5. Implementation

Finally, the idea only becomes good at it is implemented with great care and professionalism. Every corporate design project must be consistent with the design frame to ensure it is successful as the new brand identity.
